First trip will be work-related to Moldova, the first week in April. Heading to a town called Ungheni (circled in green) just on the border with Romania in the west of the country.
The second forthcoming trip will be a roadtrip in April to Copenhagen, Denmark and perhaps a short visit to Malmo in Sweden! Yay!
We have other travels in mind for this year, but I will wait with saying anything about those!
I will post something more about Moldova soon!

Cool, you are so lucky! My friend's wife is from Moldova and I missed their wedding there. :( Too bad you aren't going to the break away region where they still think the Soviet Union exists!
yes, i thought about travelling to odessa and i would've had to travel through transdinestria, but not this time! i have to return over the coming months, so maybe then. of course, having a baby now makes me a little more reluctant to go there, even though likely nothing will happen. :)
